Lewis Goodall is launching a new six-part podcast series that tells the remarkable true story of James Parker, a man from Blackpool who discovered a Bitcoin glitch that made him millions overnight.
Coining It, released today (30 September) on Global Player, follows Parker's journey from a dingy flat in Blackpool to luxury hotels in Dubai, exploring the instant wealth, temptations, and devastating consequences that followed his discovery.
"Coining It is one of those stories that sounds too wild to be true, but it happened," says Lewis.
"It's about money, yes, but also about people, justice and morality - and when those last two things are out of sync. I can't wait for listeners to hear the series."
The series features exclusive interviews with Parker's friends and associates, as well as unprecedented access to police interrogation tapes, offering the most detailed account of the story ever told.
