Donald Trump has filed a $10 billion (£3.7bn) against the BBC, across two charges of $5bn each, relating to a Panorama edit of his speech given on January 6 2021, ahead of the Washington riot which took place after he addressed crowds.

The News Agents discuss the uncertain future of the BBC, and whether the British public – the people who pay for the broadcaster through a license fee – will stand with the institution, or side with the US president.
